Senator representing Akwa Ibom North-West, Godswill Akpabio, has tendered an emotional apology to his colleagues in the People Democratic Party(PDP).
He added that his departure from the party would have left them sad.
He also described his stay in the 8th Assembly as one mixed with sadness and happiness.
