The All progressive Congress, Cross River state chapter today Wednesday, 22 August, 2018 held its rescheduled State congress.
It is on record that the state chapter of the party has in the past few weeks been thrown into shreds with different factional executive emerging.
In the rescheduled congress today Dr. Matthew Ojong Achigbe who was one of the factional chairmen emerged the APC state chairman, Cross River State.
