The member representing Ogoja/Yala Federal Contituency and the leading aspirant of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), in the forthcoming Cross River North Senatorial District bye-election, Rt. Hon. Jarigbe Agom, has fulfilled his promise to the people of Ijegu-ojor community in Yala Local Government Area, Cross River State.
The HoR member who's popularly referred to as "Mr. Projects", few weeks ago promised to construct a borehole in Ijegu-Ojor community after he received an appeal by an indigene of the community, Mr Solomon Ogar via social Media, appealing for the drilling of a borehole in the community as lack of quality drinking water has been a major issue for the people, has now handed over the completed electric powered borehole to Ijegu-ojor community.
The people of Ijegu-ojor expressed their satisfaction through the head of the project monitoring team, Mr. Friday, saying, Rt. Hon. Jarigbe Agom has done marvelously well for making available to them, a clean, safe and drinkable water which will go a long way in curtailing some health challenges faced by the people through the consumption of unclean water. They equally through words of prayer, asked God to continually bless the MP, uplift him to greater heights and grant all his heart desires.
Rt. Hon. Jarigbe Agom whose projects are scattered across all the wards of his constituency, has brought the dividends of democracy to the people through his constant interventions in the green chambers and will surely do more on the floor of the Red chambers.
