Technical Assistant to the Vice President(New Media), Hon. Philip Obin has congratulated the Chairman of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in Cross River State; Comrade Anthony Bissong Attah on his emergence as the State Chairman of the Inter-Parry Advisory Council (IPAC).
The Inter-Party Advisory Council had on Monday, June 30 2020, elected it's new executives wherein Bissong emerged as Chairman.
And, Obin in a goodwill message, said the emergence of Bisong-Attah as the State IPAC chairman is a prove that young Cross Riverians are taking the bull by the horn in politics and governance.
He extolled Attah's outstanding leadership virtues, which he said is inspired by his personal attributes of courage, humility and loyalty; which has steadily expanded his profile and influence across the state and country, particularly on issues of governance and economic development.
"Dear Anthony Bissong Attah, Congratulations on your emergence as the Chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) Cross River State chapter. I am delighted at this new feat you have attained and have no doubt that you will make the best out of this opportunity."
