Arch. Waziri Bulama was on Monday inaugurated as Acting National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the party's National Secretariat.
The inauguration was conducted by the National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole with members of the National Working Committee in attendance.
