The APC governorship candidate in the just concluded governorship election in the state, Sen John Owan Enoh has withdrawn his appeal on the judgement of the Cross River Gubernatorial Election Tribunal judgement.
This was disclosed after the Apc stockholders meeting last night in Abuja, the senator said, "Let me not distract the governor as I don’t see anything possible in the court of appeal for me, this is my personal decision and I don’t have any regret about it. But anyone that wants to do his case is free to do that".
