Dear Sir,

LETTER OF APPEAL

We the scholars of the Local Scholarship Scheme 2016/2017 hereby write to appeal concerning the issuance of Laptop computers to the respective scholars as contained in the award letters.

You may wish to note that, since our award of the scholarship in 2016 we are yet to receive the computers. In view of that, we sought resolution from the LSS coordinator, but, we were informed that it is due to shortage in supply of number of computers, even though some scholars who were awarded scholarship behind us have received their laptop computers.
It is pertinent to note that, our write up's vested on the use of this system.

We therefore craved your indulgence, to kindly looked into this matter, in order to facilitate our research within limit of our studies. In line with the schemes mandate and consistent with the commitment of the fund to a seamless support to the scholars at all times under your able leadership.
