The leadership of the People's Democratic Party, Adim Ward in Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State had applauded the Digital Governor and Project Manager of Cross River State, Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade for appointing Mr. Owai Obo, their ward chairman as Special Assistant, office of the Deputy Governor on Social Media.
The commendation was made, yesterday, Saturday 12th October, 2019 at the ward party secretariat, venue for the reception of party faithfuls, stakeholders (within and outside the ward) shortly after the funeral service in honour of her Late Youth Leader, Elder Utum Akugom Ogbada.

Also speaking, Mr. Ofem Ewum, described the appointment as well deserved, while extolling Mr Owai Obo; says he is a patriotic, and magnanimous party faithful with a fantastic exemplary of wisdom and foresight who believes on democracy and posterity.
