The Cross River State Director General Of Due Process And Price intelligence Bureau, Hon.Barrister Alphonsus Ogar Eba has congratulated Hon.Mike Etaba the Lawmaker representing the good people of Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency,on his 37th-year birthday .
