Gabu Bruce a port Harcourt based businessman has sent in his condolence to the family of late Kofi Anan, the first black African to become the UN Secretary general.
In a message sent to voiceofyala.com.ng, he reiterated on the great role the late icon played in keeping the world united and on a progressive path.
"You stepped up to the many challenges faced by the world and the black race in particular, standing in as a voice to effect the needed change"
"Even in your death, you still live on in our hearts"
"As you take your last bow, I celebrate your distinguished role you played during your sojorn on earth"
"Rest in sir", his message reads.
Kofi ANAN was an African, who became the Secretary general of the United Nations and he died in the early hours of Saturday, 18-08-18.
